Read entire label (both sides of package) before mixing.
User assumes all risks for proper use and disposal of Neocide 3.
Add contents of entire package to 1 gallon of DISTILLED water.
Mixing in other than distilled water will inactivate Neocide 3.
When added to 1 gallon of DISTILLED water, solution contains:
8 mM USP Disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate dihydrate,
20 mM USP 2-Amino-2-hydroxymethyl-1, 3-propanediol, and
1.9 gm USP Neomycin Sulfate.
